On the afternoon of 27th November 2012, nearly 1000 entrepreneurs in the hoisting and leasing industry of China participated in 2012 XCMG Clients Summit held by the Crane Machinery Dept. of XCMG in Riverfront Business Hotel Shanghai. With the theme of “World Leader in the Crane Industry – No. 1,” the summit was aimed at guiding the industry to attach more importance on innovation and technology.
    Mr Wang Min, president of XCMG, Mr Sun Jianzhong, vice president of XCMG Construction and Machinery Co., Ltd, Mr Lu Chuan, vice president of XCMG Construction and Machinery Co., Ltd and general manager of the Crane Machinery Dept. participated in this summit. Nearly 1000 clients attended the summit, including those from large state-owned enterprises such as SinoPec, ChemChina and PetroChina, and large private enterprises engaged in hoisting and leasing industry. 
    At the beginning of the summit, Mr Zhang Hanxu, deputy general manager of the Crane Machinery Dept. of XCMG gave a warm speech by expressing his heartfelt thanks to all the clients and his wish to continue to work together with XCMG’s clients by strengthening the close integration of crane manufacturers and hoisting enterprises so as to go global with the concerted efforts.
The summit had three chapters. In the 1st Chapter – World Leader in the Crane Industry•Footprints, XCMG looked back on the old days with its clients and revealed the result of Excellent Hoisting Project Competition in June 2012. Leading experts in six major industries were invited to be the judges. 10 projects were chosen as Excellent Hoisting Projects and 26 were Good Hoisting Projects, which covered a wide range of fields. XCMG’s client spoke highly of such competition.
    In the 2nd Chapter – Innovation•Climbing, the Crane Machinery Dept. gave the audience profound introduction of three latest super cranes, which reflected the cutting-edge achievement in R&D. World No. 1 - XGC88000, 4000-ton crawler crane appeared vividly in front of the audience; Asia No. 1 Whip-Typed Tower Crane XGTL1600 and XGC500, 1600-ton crawler crane also came to the eyes of the audience in a thrilling way. In the video show, the cranes’ giant size, super lifting capability and superb flexibility won outbursts of applause and praises. After the video show, the expert of Crane Machinery Dept. of XCMG expounded these three products, which had a striking effect on the audience.
In this summit, 20 clients were granted the Prize of the most valuable suggestions. The Crane Machinery Dept. of XCMG adhere to the deep integration of products and the demand of its customers, honest operation and customer orientation, and cherish every piece of feedback from its customers. .
    In the 3rd Chapter – Innovation and Surpassing, witnessed by nearly 1000 clients, 28 clients and the Crane Machinery Dept. of XCMG signed purchasing agreements with the total value of nearly RMB 2 billion yuan. The most exciting signing ceremony led the summit to a climax. These agreements set a historic record in the sales of a single enterprise in the exhibition with the greatest number of purchasing orders and the largest purchasing value as well as inject a booster for the construction machinery industry. 
    In the summit, the Tenth Construction Company of SinoPec granted Certificate Validation to XCMG Heavy Machinery Company for the working conditions of 4000-ton crawler crane for the 1st round. So far, XCMG has broken a record in the application capacity of global mobile cranes as well as successfully maintained the construction application of the largest mobile crane – 2000 –ton crawler crane in Asia.
     "Friends will accompany you for a life time…” With the song of “Friends”, nearly 1000 guests came to the stage in turns and left their hand moulds in the background of the Summit, which symbolized that the Crane Machinery Dept. would work with all the clients to promote the development of China’s hoisting industry by making good use of the present and the future.
