With love and friendship, the staff of XCMG Brazil has donated more than 50,000 BRL to buy nearly 10,000 pieces of medical materials in short supply from Brazil for the domestic epidemic areas. Loaded with the mission, responsibility and care of XCMG people in foreign countries, these materials will cross the oceans by a special plane flying from Brazil to Wuhan on February 1, contributing to the work of epidemic prevention and rescue, and overcoming the difficulties together with the compatriots in the epidemic area.

The CPC Central Committee and the State Council attached great importance to the epidemic outbreak. Comrade Xi Jinping pointed out at the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee on January 25, "Nothing is more valuable than life. Epidemic is the order, and epidemic prevention and control is our responsibility."

Wang Min, Chairman and Party Secretary of XCMG Machinery, pays great attention to the physical and mental health of the employees at the front line, and reminds everyone to closely watch the development of the situation, do a good job in epidemic prevention, and take good care of themselves and their families. In addition, for the construction of facilities in epidemic areas, he gave the instructions, “Continue to work hard! Fully support the construction!”

All employees of XCMG Brazil have always concerned about the epidemic situation in the motherland and their families. The long distance and time difference have further deepened the concern of XCMG Brazil employees for their families and friends, and for their motherland and people.

On January 27, 2020, Wang Yansong, President of Chinese Enterprise Association, Vice President of XCMG Machinery and Chairman of XCMG Brazil, organized the Chinese Enterprise Association to issue a proposal with the theme of "unite as one to defeat the epidemic", proposing that all members of the association should take actions to participate in the prevention and control of the epidemic and make contributions to the fight against the epidemic for the Chinese people in Wuhan when the motherland needs them most!

After the proposal was issued, XCMG Brazil, the leader of Chinese Enterprise Association, took the lead and immediately launched donations of all employees to support the fight against the epidemic in Wuhan.

That night, the employees of XCMG Brazil made donations enthusiastically. The employees travelling far away in Chile, Bolivia, and Argentina, as well as those on vacation in China, all actively gave a helping hand after receiving the news. In just one hour, 71 Chinese employees donated a total of 50,016 BRL. 

The spirit of mutual assistance and love of Chinese employees also touched the Pakistani employees, and they volunteered to make donations. As of press time, the donations were still in progress.

The disaster is merciless, but human beings have love!
