On September 6, the second China-Africa Construction Machinery Cooperation and Development Forum was held during BICES 2019. As a leader in Chinese construction machinery industry, XCMG attended the meeting and gave a keynote address.
The Forum is co-sponsored by China Construction Machinery Association and China-Africa Friendly Economic and Trade Development Foundation, with nearly 100 participants including 22 ambassadors from 15 African countries, trade representatives and representatives of China construction machinery enterprises.

After years of development, XCMG has established a better marketing network and service parts system in Africa, which can provide professional after-sales services and integrated parts for local customers in a timely manner.

Adhering to the concept of “XCMG makes the world better”, XCMG has launched the “African water cellar” project since 2016. At present, 81 water cellars have been built in Ethiopia, relieving water shortage of the local in dry season. Since the mosquito net donation was launched in 2018, thousands of mosquito nets have been sent to the Republic of Guinea, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Nigeria, Angola and other countries, effectively curbing the transmission of lethal infectious diseases caused by mosquito bite. In addition, XCMG global scholarship, Primary School, Global Good Operators and other projects make African feel the responsibility of a Chinese construction machinery enterprise.
