As the overseas market is being further explored, our aftermarket service becomes more prominent. In order to provide the customers with better service, establish firmer customer relationship, promote the reputation of XCMG aftermarket and continue to expand the brand influence, XCMG loaders launched “Global One Million Mile Service” campaign in Xuzhou on March 1, 2019, bringing XCMG products even closer to their global users.

America is one of the key export markets of XCMG loaders. XCMG already has complete and sound sales and service channels. At the end of April this year, the Team of “One Million Mile Service” set out for America to offer the local users with XCMG‘s aftermarket value-added service “with heart, love, strength and efforts”. 

Carrying their simple luggage, the service team, composed of 4 or 5 people, set out to work in the early morning and returned at late night. They either stayed with the customers or rushed on their way to the customers—this is their daily schedule.

The team’s first stop was a mine in Chile. The mine bought a XCMG LWD168 loader 8 years ago, used to transport the copper ores.

After landing in Chile, the team took a 5-hour car ride to the mine. Since the mine was located on the top of the mountain, and the road upward to it, paved with rubbles, was narrow and steep, it took them another 3 hours to finally get to the destination. “The road gave us a thrilling and shocking riding experience, which was more stimulating than riding a roller coaster,” said one team member jokingly. At the customer, the team not only provided service, but also offered suggestions of better configurations for application, leaving the customer with deep impression on XCMG’s professional work.

Bidding farewell to Chile, the Team lost no time to rush to their next stop: Argentina, where they rose to work before dawn and not able to rest until early morning.

In addition to routine services-checking the working sites and construction conditions, inquiring about the operation and application, examining the conditions and offering suggestions on spare part replacement, it’s essential to provide more professional and “tailored” services based on the real requirements of the user.

Finally, they provided us with a loader specialized for oilfields with a load up to over 10 tons. Plus, the equipment fully fits in th complicated and bad working conditions like muddy and bumpy roads,” 

Added Pedro, boss of the enterprise, “XCMG also offers good after-sales service. Even if there’re no quality problems, they would come to provide regular maintenance.” In less than a year, the company had bought over 10 XCMG ZL50GV loaders, which demonstrated the user’s greatest recognition of XCMG.
