XCMG 5-Series Land Leveler adopts three-phase Variable Power Engine, which has high coefficient of torque reserve. According to the demand of complete machine tractive performance, detailed matching calculation is conducted for power transmission system and optimum matching scheme is determined, which jointly improve the power performance of complete machine. XCMG XM1003 is equipped with SDEC SC9DK and SDEC 162kW electronic injection engine, which has higher power reserve and more power during operation. It can mill and plane asphalt layer for 10CM, and the operating speed is 7-8m/min, which is far higher than the operation efficiency of its peers.

XLY100TB pavement curing vehicle is applied with advanced cyclic heating technology of heat air and equipped with heating wall of pavement, which can meet: “rapid heating of mixture of cold asphalt (finished products)”, “regeneration of mixture of waste asphalt”, “malaxation of fresh materials”, “in-place regeneration of pavement” and other curing and construction technologies of various pits and slots of asphalt road, XLY100TB pavement curing vehicle is applied with advanced cyclic heating technology of heat air (variable power), which can heat 2 tons of asphalt mixture with normal temperature to the construction temperature only by 16-20min and complete all discharge by 3-5 min as well as save fuel by 20%; adopting diesel oil as fuel is safe and convenient and cyclone dust removal technology lowers the dust pollution.
XCMG XLZ2303 pavement cold regenerating machine with high cost performance
XLZ2303 pavement cold regenerating machine is applied with the configuration of the imported Phase III Cummins engine (600HP), with the maximum milling depth (400mm) and milling width (2300mm), this equipment is suitable to the asphalt layer of which the operating condition is 5-6cm surface course, the basic level is the 20cm structure of lime-ash gravel, the regeneration construction of the medium county road, and the regeneration construction of partial national or provincial highway.
