On April 11, 2016, the first day of German Bauma exhibition, XCMG and Sinopec signed a strategic cooperation agreement, powerful combination, to develop XCMG special oils hand in hand and develop the construction machinery post-market together. This strategic cooperation agreement was signed by Mr. Sun Jianzhong, vice president of XCMG and president of XCMG Import & Export Co. Ltd. and Mr. Zhao Jiang, deputy general manager of Sinopec Lubricant Co. Ltd.

The XCMG special oils are a type of oil products that are researched and developed by XCMG and Sinopec together, use the latest technology and formula and can match XCMG’s machines perfectly. The oils meet and have many international specifications and equipment manufacturer specifications and their performance is equivalent to other international brand oils, such as Mobil, Shell, Rexroth and Caterpillar .Currently, XCMG and Sinopec together launched four kinds of oil products namely engine oil, transmission oil, hydraulic oil and coolant that can be widely used in lubrication and maintenance of serial engineering machinery equipment, such as XCMG’s excavators, loaders, cranes, roller, bulldozer, concrete pump truck, mining dump trucks and so on.

The excellent thermal oxidation stability effectively prevents engine from being worn, rust and corrosion caused by oil sludge and sediment. The hydraulic oil has excellent anti-wear performance, NAS 9-level high cleanliness, good emulsification resistance, foam resistance and air release performance, good hydrolysis stability and filtering performance to prevent filtering system from jamming. The gear oil has excellent extreme pressure and anti wear performance, which is compatible with XCMG’s sealing materials, to prevent oil leakage and prolong the service life of parts. The engine coolant adopts silicate formula to ensure cooling performance under the condition of hard water and prolong the service life. They do not contain any poisonous, harmful and carcinogenic chemical composition and will not cause harms to the water and soil ecosystem.
