Recently Grader Model GR150, that is to export to India situated along the “One Belt and One Road” line, has rolled off the production line successfully at the site of XCMG’s Road Machinery Business Department. This model is customer-made in accordance with India’s national conditions after one year of investigation, survey, research, development and production. The splendid advent of GR150 has brought XCMG another “fortune military officer” in its overseas market.

In 2014, XCMG Road Machinery Business Department dispatched specially assigned people to India for investigation and survey, which found out that in the 10 years to come, the total amount that India would invest in constructing highways would reach as high as USD 41.05 billion. The requirements for the products could be summarized tersely as high reliability, affordable price and timely service and parts supply. According to the actual working conditions in India, XCMG quickly set up a research and development team dedicated for GR150, that, in turn, made a whole series of new solutions to the research and development of GR150, in whose power, hydraulic and electric systems, not only improvements in adoptability were made, but also the intermediate cooling device was added in the radiator, that had improved the heat dissipation by 10%. Now the complete machine has passed the international ARAI certificate.
