Recently, a 21-faculty-member group of SENAI Mechanical School, Pouso Alegre, MG, Brazil, headed by Mr. Wellington Lucas dos Santos, the headmaster, visited XCMG’s factory in Brazil (XCMG BRASIL COMERCIO E SERVICOS LTDA). Mr. Kimura, director of production, Mr. Xia Xiaojian, assistant to director of human resources, and Ms. Carla，executive of human resources, welcomed the visitors.
Most visitors were trainers in machine automation, machining, CNC, welding, safety and environment, covering most of the careers that XCMG Brazil factory can offer. During the meeting, Mr. Wellington delivered his thanks to XCMG Brazil factory for the contribution of job opportunities it provided for residents of Pouso Alegre City. Then he expressed his strong willing to be a long-term partner of XCMG and his wish to get more job information from the factory so that his school could provide more talents in return.
Through a sincere discussion, both sides agreed that SENAI would, at first, recommend all of its outstanding graduates in machining and NC majors to XCMG, and XCMG would choose 15 of them as its staff candidates. This alliance will accelerate the employment localization of XCMG BRASIL COMERCIO E SERVICOS LTDA and will backup its output in 2015.
