Award ceremony of China’s Most Respected Company 2015 was held on November 27. XCMG was one of the 100 winners chosen from nearly 3000 public companies. This is XCMG’s second time to win the award, after the first one in 2014. 

Election of China’s Most Respected Public Company is organized by China Association for Public Companies with the assistance from China Securities Investor Protection Fund Corporation, Shanghai Stock Exchange Center, Shenzhen Stock Exchange Center, Securities Association of China, and Asset Management Association of China. Lasted for two months, the election was completed with over 310000 individual investors and 800 agents. 

XCMG has always protected the profit of its shareholders. Under the turbulence of China’s capital market since the middle of the year, XCMG has taken a series of measures to keep its stock price stable. One the one hand, it required its large holders to buy in, and on the other hand it tried to integrate its assets. These measures have sent positive signals to its holders, improved their confidence and protected their profits.  

In the future, XCMG will continue to do the best to protect the profits of its shareholders and to share its achievement with them.
